This policy explains how OliAug, LLC ("OliAug," "we," "us") handles information in Long Time, No Clue, a personal relationship memory app. The app helps you remember people, conversations, plans, places and follow-ups that you choose to save.

Information you provide

You may provide account information, text or voice memories, names and details about people, follow-ups, calendar context, places, photos and support messages. You control what you choose to save.

How information is used

We use your information to provide the app’s features: organizing memories, connecting details to people, suggesting relevant follow-ups, preparing a refresher and improving the reliability of your experience.

AI processing

When you use AI-powered features, the content needed for that request may be sent to an AI service provider for processing. The app asks for your agreement before using these features. Diagnostic sharing is separate and optional.

Device permissions

The app may request access to notifications, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar or location when a feature needs it. You can decline or change these permissions in your device settings.

Storage and security

Your account data is separated from other users’ data using account-based access controls. We use technical safeguards intended to protect stored information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Review and correct what the app understood.
• Choose whether to share optional diagnostics.
• Change device permissions at any time.
• Export information available through the app.
• Delete your account and associated data in Settings.
